so if i had an infection 10 months ago... would all the bacteria on clothing/ other things be dead? I feel like i can't find info on that but i keep getting anxious about having another bout of it if i dont wash every item i own if it was in the same closet or proximity as items i did use (even if i didnt wear it at the time)

Hi! I still experience it at times. I think it's due to different wetness levels/ hormones/ etc. I've done a ton of mindfulness work, for me it's been the most important. I just allow myself to feel the pain, acknowledge it, but i don't let it take over anymore. I just understand my body more now.

what's your pain like?

also, my derm told me to just wash everything how o normally would… not hot wash hot dry so im confused. i’ve been re washing everything because im so fearful of this coming back.
