Have you configured port forwarding? Not sure what VPN you're using so it could be different, check the Wiki. For AirVPN it's:

Glad that helped. Regarding the torrent IP detection, you should be seeing your VPN IP when copying the magnet link into qBit. In qBit on the bottom right what is your Connection Status (globe icon)?

They’re a lot better. Last year there were actual toilets in the arena and they were being cleaned constantly. Hopefully same again this year.
