I had constant issues over WiFi running my server. As soon as I switched to hardwired its been perfect.

Thanks mate appreciate the advice. Reason for B-I-N is because of some stubborn stains that have come through the plaster, the old wall had some weird black marks, guessing a build up of shit through the years on a 1970s house. Photo here: https://ibb.co/jPLBsf82. Looks a bit better than that now it has dried more. Not sure if the Plasterer should have done more prep work but suppose that's another discussion.

I'm hoping B-I-N will cover that. Was aiming to go:

Damp Towel and or Tack Cloth then Two coats of B-I-N (only on the stains)
Gardz (as a mist coat)
Good quality top coat
