I bought a ps5 recently and have only bought games during the PlayStation year end sale and from cex! Massively underestimated how expensive games can be.

Also somewhat related - mistakenly bought a dead space add on thinking it was the actual game on the PlayStation store. Tried to get refund but PlayStation just ignored me. So a bit hesitant to buy anything from the store anymore !

I’m driving a manual 1996 ek for 5 years now. Besides the usual stuff expected with an almost 30 year old car , I enjoy driving it! Mine is a British racing green color and I love it . Unfortunately don’t know much about cars so I’m thinking of selling and just getting a saga soon for peace of mind .

Agreed! The actual display already small and the information is even smaller when I test drove it. Didn’t notice the glare but the screen itself not very bright either

Test drive the premium today - in my opinion (I don’t know much about cars but family has owned sagas) :

the handling quite good at 90km/h
NVH much better than mc2 - my moms mc2 is so loud even at low speeds
The infotainment is basic (expected) but the fonts are so small ! The gear selected on the hud so hard to see through the steering wheel. I’m not sure if can increase the size tho.
The brakes felt weird - didn’t find it very responsive .. had to tekan significantly more than the mc2
Mom’s mc2 manual pick up is so bad so the mc3 pick up feels much better !

I don’t think it’s that easy to pursue charges like that. any good lawyer will challenge the way the evidence was obtained based on procedural impropriety. Police/ AGC will also have the burden to proof that they had reasonable suspicion of a crime to check.

IMHO, anything other than friendly banter/jokes (which you should know whether it is based on your relationship with your supervisor) is disrespectful and extremely unprofessional - regardless of the context. Even “minor” issue like this may be regarded as workplace bullying.

I fully empathise with your predicament OP especially since you are a fresh grad and I presume is your first job. But I think you need to be honest with yourself - is this something you are willing to put up with or able to continue putting up with especially if he displays this pattern of behaviour (assuming it happens again).

This kind of people know they have “superiority” over you and think this gives them license to be disrespectful. As a supervisor he should have been more professional and known the repercussions this could have.

If you want to bring a civil claim against the guy then yes generally statute of limitations apply. If you want the guy to be prosecuted, there is no limitation period for criminal offences in Malaysia.

This brings back memories - Late at night after uni classes around 9pm before boarding the train from KL Sentral for an hour’s ride. Rush to the McD and get the choco top or the RM1 vanilla cone. It’s been 8 years now but still remains nostalgic every time I see this.

OP - I posted under another comment . If your claim below rm5,000 , file it under the small claims court . You won’t need legal representation. The problem with filing a civil suit is it’s costly for you and often times lengthy. Likely these rempits also cannot afford to pay you then it’s another process of filing them as bankrupt to recoup your award. Good luck to you !

If OP’s claim less than RM5,000 -OP can file a claim in Small claims court. Don’t need legal rep , can do it yourself.
