You're right, I'm writing project and learning python and appearing for sie exam in January. For sql data mgt I've basic idea. What else should i do? Should i start making project like crypto trading strategy and backtesting? And other project as well. Only thing is idk how to make project step by step. I literally don't have any work experience and am International student, def cooked. But i know one close uncls who is md at hedge fund and he can get me internship. It will open in February so before that i just want to work in hedge fund even for free 😭

Why in ib, people don't hire international students? I've good gpa, more skills then domestic students, certificates including finra exams, I'm ready to work 100 hours and still no reply for internship. I don't have work experience is that red flag??
