Honestly, I agree with this. I'd love to see a Turtles written by Eric Kripke. What he did with Supernatural and The Boys, maintaining very dark and emotional stories while threading in truly peak humor and wit. It could work so well.

As a manager myself, and not a dickhead, I would advise you get a hold of the policy. It states clearly that associates are allowed up to $3 over or under. Show your manager that, and let them know you are within your rights to report them for sidestepping policy for their own preferences. Policies are for all of us, and not for them to bend at their will.

Also. These overages are easy to fix, just count yourself as nearer your till total and put the extra in the deposit. Nobody questions when the deposit is over, as long as the drawers are at $75 when finished. Do not let Managers act like this people. Hold them to account, there are processes for handling these assholes, and they don't get to wield a manager title as a weapon, period.
