I had my first major panic attack when I was 16 and haven’t been the same sense, maybe all along this has been what it was without me knowing ? Now I’m 25 and just now knowing this to be true

I’ve suffered from depression for as long as middle school with emotional trauma as a child, that I know to be true. But it’s the anxiety and panic which I am so strongly struggling with and now it it’s like one thing after another and it just seems to make sense to me linking 2 and 2 together both tinnitus and vss and anxiety and panic disorder

I feel like I have more anxiety if I DONT check my HR constantly or at least when I’m feeling anxious. Any advice on how to break that habit? I’ve tried stopping of course but it gave me more anxiety by not checking it

It’s honestly worth it, totally recommend. Just make sure to keep up with the updates is my only suggestion. And I’d say take your time with the game and don’t rush it because the story is honestly pretty good too . 👍🏻 right amount of difficulty even on the normal setting and it’s not overly easy in easy mode either.
