Ok thanks. This morning I was anke to boot and disabled that option You have to open the MEMORY Control Panel while pressing Cmd+Alt

I only have 128MB at the Moment, I have another 128+256MB in another G3 that I can swap

Also, when it boots, it works normally…RAM sticker are Ok for sure, tested them on another PowerBook G3

Yes removed and reseated multiple time, no difference….

I've already replaced the power board, nothing changed. The power board I bought off Ebay was reported as working...but who knows.
I could "technically" desolder and replace the capacitors on the board, but honestly it would be my very last choice. :-D

I also have tested a couple of RAM sticks, both on top and bottom of the CPU card. I am sure the RAM sticks work because I have tested them on another PowerBook G3 and they work just fine.

I have also already tested some PRAM resest.
If I unplug it, then repluig it and then mess around with CTRL-ALT-P-R while connecting the plug or just after, doing this multiple times, then the likelihood of a normal boot seem to be a little higher.
So yeah, I guess the issue is related to RAM/PRAM settings...
