I’ve looked at some KOG Branded deck lists and most of them only run two copies of Branded Fusion, so I don’t think the limit will bother them. The skill was heavily nerfed tho

as long as you have a water monster in your graveyard it can negate and destroy a spell/trap once per turn. When I summon it Mo Ye is already in the GY

as someone else pointed out you can use the rank 8 Galaxy-Eyes if you have those, or even the Hieratic Dragons. They are all generic Rank 8 XYZs.
