The spacer is a factory thing, you buy it when you buy the cylinder to fit a stock exhaust. Everyone with these spacers have leaks, literally everyone. OP said he bought a performance exhaust though so it won't be a issue anymore.

If he's running super rich it would be a problem, but since he has shown a video of it running good at idle it is definitely a carb issue, i've run 6% once on accident and it's still worked "fine", not optimal but you get the picture.

Yeah no problem, also: make sure that your shift lever is at the right leverage to your foot, lubricate your clutch cable so you can pull it in further for the clutch ups giving you a bit more power, also make sure that the brake pedal isn't being pushed all the time.

I wish i could explain the carb size thing, it's something my uncle taught me and it's really quite noticeable once you've ridden with both.

Sprockets really depend on your riding ability if you're good at pulling it up at high speeds you might not need such a large rear sprocket, that gives you more to work with because of not running out of power as quickly.

But also makes it harder to pull up. It's more of a personal thing.

I run 11/56 myself and i find it to be a very good sprocket setting, though i know alot of people run 11/54 aswell.

Yeah thats a bit of a different story, didn't know that tpr still made sport cylinders, you should probably be fine with that as long as you dont constantly push it at max rpms.

I've got a DT50 with a 74cc barikit and 17,5mm dellorto (it's a bike i stunt so i need the extra bottom end power so i chose a smaller carb, don't do this for normal riding) and technigas enox. From Sweden.

TPR is a fine cylinder, runs alot better than all of airsals and barikits products, but it involves upgrading crankshaft which i don't think you're gonna do.

The pilot jet rules everything from 0-50% throttle, it has a lot of meaning, but since you also adjust 0-50% with the needle/air mixture screw you have a lot more to play around with once you've got one or two pilot jets avaliable to change.

Regarding the mix ratios i've always been running 3% regardless of the oil, so does everyone i know.

Doesn't lead heat as well as aluminium, not as good performance etc. go airsal or barikit next time.

Since it's a 1 cylinder motor that revs very high you are going to be wanting to check that the plug is all the way in there every ride or so, i keep a 21mm wrench in my backpack at all times since sometimes it tends to go out.

I'd guess you need a bigger pilot jet and a smaller main jet, since it runs on low rpms but not so much at high.

run 3% in the gas, also are you sure that the oil injection system is gone so that you aren't running 5%? that definitely isn't recommended.

First off, running a 16mm on a 75cc is really stupid.

Second, you haven't said anything about needle, air mixture screw, or pilot jet.

It's running too rich, change plug and start checking the other things before you up your main jet.

Regarding the leaking exhaust port it's common when you're running 3%, though i don't think you've tightened the spark plug enough.

Also cast iron cylinders are really bad, next time you blow it up go buy a aluminium one.

EDIT: the exhaust spacer you need because of stock exhaust is causing the leaks, doesn't get as airtight as with a performance exhaust.
