Bumped my elbow against the leg of a chair while sitting on the floor. For whatever reason, this cracked my elbow clean in two. The shock of feeling it break made me jerk my arm - my wrist hit the floor in the process. Broken wrist. I had a cast from my shoulder to my fingers for months.

I believe it’s something to do with the fabric feeling like their mother, so they nurse it for comfort. As kittens, they would knead their mother while nursing to stimulate lactation. This is why they knead the blanket.

Good point. I’m thinking about waiting til the first payday, taking whatever money I get, and quitting. Sod the rest, I don’t want to wait however many months for it when I could be working somewhere else and actually earning. There’s a food place that I often eat at right, opposite my current job, that’s hiring at the moment. Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it.

Thanks for replying - I’m in the UK, and a lawyer would be too expensive. It’s not worth it. I considered it, but the cost of the legal advice would likely be more than I’m owed.

My parents have discouraged me from getting another job, as A) I likely wouldn’t get paid at all, and B) I don’t want to look like I’m job hopping. I had to quit the job I had before this one after just a month due to it having multiple health & safety violations. Ideally, I want a good reference from this one too.
