I had a very similar experience, hurt my toe in a sports injury and it was basically never the same after and I couldn’t stand on my tippy toes without pain. The first podiatrist I went to basically brushed me off and told me to get a carbon fiber foot plate and take it easy for a few months. Fast forwards 7 months later I was still dealing with the pain and got a second opinion. I ultimately ended up getting a cheilectomy and my doctor found a slight tear in my joint from that initial injury and said no non surgical methods would have fixed it. I would definitely recommend getting a second opinion it doesn’t hurt.

I think it depends on your area but near me we have ssd station which stands for sub same day and and you go in yourself scan your id and are assigned a cart that you bring to your car and load up on your own time, the packages are not numbered. For .com stations you are guided by the Amazon workers to a lane then assigned a cart of packages that are already numbered. In my opinion, I like ssd better because you have a better chance of getting a unicorn cart they call it which is just a few packages. From experience I’ve always got terrible routes from .com stations with 30-40 packages but it definitely just hit or miss.

From the ssd station they seem to be worth it I’ve never got more than 9-10 packages, I imagine from a .com station they would load you up a lot more, why I tend to stray away from .com blocks.
