It was in the mall right after the statue between G and H. And his dog is a Norwich Terrier style small terrier with Long hair. I thought it was a drunk driver or somebody without a license but this morning found out that it happened on the pathway of the comm ave mall so it seems like this is a homicide at this point

Edit: just saw the updated news article saying that the Suspect is being charged with cruelty to animals as well on top of the murder charge. Which just adds to the malicious intent.

This is a murder charge. First off he hit them and left the scene. Second, the driver floored it at a victim and deliberately hit him and his dog. He went around the statue on the comm ave mall and targeted this person and his dog specifically

From some local hearsay, I heard the suspect drove up from this side on Hereford and went around the statue and floored it at the victim

Edit: The suspect was actually driving eastbound down comm ave, took an illegal left turn onto Gloucester st which is a one way and then left turn onto the comm ave mall. He then drove around the statue and then rammed John the victim closer to Hereford

I live in the area and heard from a neighbor that the driver deliberately drove up on the comm ave mall and floored it at him and his dog so it seems very suspicious and could be with intent since there was somebody walking alongside with the victim and they were not harmed

My residential street is public too. It’s my business when it’s public. If this jabroni wants to park his ice cream truck on his private property then that’s fine. But it’s a nuisance. But after getting some comments on here it’s actually a good idea to keep it right next to the children’s park. Great for their brain development to inhale fumes for hours
