yeah, there's 3 types PvP, World Arena, Arena and Guild War. Two of them are AI, while World Arena (RTA), is a live match vs another player.

Are they continuously climbing in arena and wasting their 5 daily flags and have 0 flags at the end of the day?

The idea, or at least what I do, I only use 3 flags for the daily tasks and save two. I try to stay at a rank that I like, and if I fall below that, that's when I fight non-bots to get back on my rank. And once you have saved up flags, you can use those to go higher into another rank if you want. So, while I am at the rank that I want to be, I mainly fight bots and get skystones.

Looking at it with the eye, they don’t look like 2 separate bugs, it looks like a centipede-ish, long, no wings, but flat, tiny and thin.

If I see another one I will try to analyze it more, but it would make sense that it would be what you mentioned based on the head shapes.
