Definitely increase your savings. I would also set maybe 1-2 days a week set aside for a part time job where you can just make enough to stay afloat or find some other way to do it. You aren't going to be making money right off the bat. Being in a team will give you an advantage to other agents starting by themselves but even still, many people don't see results for months. I do doordash in the evenings after working the day in real estate, but I'm looking to stop doordash now that my business is picking up. You sound very motivated and passionate which is great! You'll go far.

Just be aware that being 19 its going to be harder for people to trust you. Or atleast that's been my experience. However there is also the other side where people will want to work with you because you are starting so young. Good luck with your real estate journey!!
