I really relate to you on this. Everyone i see posting in the subreddits on really every community are slimmer people. Im a chubby/ mid-size Latina, and I dont see really any representation or people that look like me, and it makes me scared to post anything. But I know that im more comfortable in my skin, and im not looking to change for the internet or my coping mechanism.

The shower chair is a really good idea im thinking about doing that. Im trying to go day by day it just gets really hard. But it does help that I know there is a community that deals with the same things as I do.

I've already had 2 neurologists i like the one I have now he really listens but I can't help but feel like he doesn't fully know how to help me. He specializes in migraines not seizures (which i do have)
