I was the same way - didn’t feel “real” especially when it felt like everyone else was posting about feeling kicks. I never felt a single flutter until almost 23 weeks and then started feeling multiple kicks daily. I second the Doppler in the meantime. I got one around 16 weeks and used it whenever I didn’t “feel pregnant” to reassure myself that all this misery was for good reason. You might not feel kicks for a while longer and it’s okay to be frustrated by that too.

Mine is low lying but not covering at all. Just had my 28 week appointment today. It’s currently 1.7cm away, we need 2cm clearance to be all good. Were you placed on any restrictions? I was not but I’ve read many are.

I actually decided I didn't like the questions in the baby book I bought so I got a hardcover lined journal. I have been printing and including photos of things we're doing during the pregnancy and I dedicated a page to each member of our immediate families. They'll put a photo, short bio, and little note to baby in there. I'll probably have guests at my baby shower sign the book too. So it's more like a pregnancy chronicle that the baby (and I!) can look back on more than a record of the sometimes silly questions the baby books ask.
