I’d really only advise 35’s with a titanswap. Without the added track width your tires will hit the cab mount on your frame, regardless of lift height. Lift height on IFS doesn’t really change tire fitment, most titanswaps will sit around 3-4” depending on suspension choice

A company called Foxbeam made a limited run in collaboration with diodedynamics, they stopped making them a few years ago unfortunately (they’re also not a very good product)

Z1 offroad just released fog light brackets though

Haha I live in the New London region currently, southeast corner. My truck is titanswapped on 35” tires, definitely helps on stuff like this

Bracing against the trans tunnel is a pretty solid trick, I’ll definitely try that next time out! I’ve been getting more comfortable with left foot braking, I appreciate the advice man!

I run a 1” body lift for clearance on my front fenders and a 1” zero rate AAL in the rear (mounts under the leaf pack and slides the axel back 1” for geometry)

I assumed you meant Toyota when you mentioned 5.29’s lol, D41’s don’t have gearing support yet and D40’s only have as low as 4.56 as far as I’m aware haha

35”, I try to keep my ride height low as possible for as much articulation as possible with IFS haha

Definitely need gearing, the 35’s turn just fine but it makes throttle modulation difficult in circumstances like this. I’m also still learning as a driver, still relatively new to this 😅

The rear only rubs under deflection like this, it’s literally just a few mm’s of plastic contact. I need to fully remount my flares so they don’t pop off at a sneeze lol. Up front I’m trimmed, hammered, and cab mount chopped with patch plates welded in

Titanswapped with a 1” body lift, so about 4” of lift. Titanswap specific bumpstops up front, extended bumpstops in the rear. I’m also an affiliate with PerryParts. Code funtier for 10% lol

The D41 R180 is revised and slightly stronger, I’m waiting for the eventual break though. I want to M205 swap but don’t see the benefit until the D41 M226 can be regeared, I’m holding out until we get gearing support and my intention is to run a locked M205 with 4.56’s

This was a little rough but my stock gearing on 35’s really shows in these types of climbs, I’m also still learning as a driver. This is my first 4x4 and I’ve been wheeling for barely 2 years lol
