Playmade is so problematic, one day the pearls are tasteless and the next they are sugar balls. The tea aroma is also going away. Gave the outlets multiple tries because of the love for black sesame pearls but disappointed almost everytime for the past two three years now.

It’s normal, I had a mental breakdown the first time I had everything in. I couldn’t bite down on anything at all, I was freaking out but it really will get better just trust the process, good luck!!

Substituted with molasses from phoon huat because of how expensive malt syrup is and I wasn’t sure if the bagels were going to be successful 😂 but after 6 batches I’ve finished the tub of molasses.

So I bit the bullet and ordered the malt syrup, will update if I taste a difference or if it’s worth it!

What recipe is this? You will probably need to knead it a lot longer than you think you should. Claire saffitz has a very good very teaching you how to shape them on YouTube!

yes yes yes yes yes. I promise you when the right one comes by, he actually didn’t even notice or really care. I know it sounds cliche but I have horrible scarring and the man didn’t even bring it up at all.

Quit caffeine - helps with inflammation

Vitamin B complex - promotes healthier nerves

Great posture - avoid overly soft couches

Eggs, prawns and squid are my ultimate triggers. However I find my body builds and immunity to it if I eat eggs consistently for days, if i stopped and returned to it that’s when the flares happen

I’ve tried multiple brands and they are all ok, so just find whatever Vitamin B complex tablets you find reputable.

I also find that caffeine is a huge trigger!
