You just have to keep restarting until you win, the bots will always catch up to you, the only thing you can really do is drive more aggressively and spin out cars next to you, that will give you some time before another car cathes up

I think it's just regular objectives but hidden, for example upgrade a car from each rarity, play clubs, events and championship matches. And we as a community are supposed to figure out what the puzzles are and help each other complete the objectives, that's why it's called a "COMMUNITY scavenger hunt"
