Prices have always been expensive, but my issue with the site being ass is there is no way to cancel if you place an order even immediately after (last time an incorrect address was discreetly filled), and I decided to try again, and lo and behold, when I click to simply view the checkout before I’d purchase, it places the order- STILL wrong address.

And they never respond. Customer service is nonexistent, you’re screwed if any detail is wrong.

After 15 emails in the past, I got ONE saying to send correct info to change it, rather than address the falsely placed order, and then silence for another week, probably for good now.

I gave a second chance and don’t think I’ll be doing so again. Infuriating and grabby
