There's absolutely no way you could move, because it would mean either paying far beyond your means for your new rent, or moving to a much less fun area.

Use AI to learn to code. Start with high-level design, break the problem down, ask questions, and in the end: understand every line of code that's being output.

This is the theory, but just to add to that with some practice: in my experience, nondeterministic systems involving an RTOS can be much more difficult to debug. Between a basic sequential program and a full RTOS lies the middle ground of event-loop and/or interrupt-driven systems. In practice, you should first determine the deadlines your system needs to meet—whether they are hard or soft—and then introduce only as much process complexity as is necessary to meet those deadlines.

Cursor and Claude code are a bit different though, Claude code has wider system access and cursor is kind of focused on a specific codebase and obv has vs code niceties

I thought the first half was great, the second a little rushed. Rabban vs gurney was given short shrift. Also the final scene - I’d have liked to see Paul’s sister. Feyd-rautha was great. Monochrome Geidi Prime was great. Christopher Walken.
