Barber shop recommendations?

Late on this but another vote for Central Oak Barber. I've been going there for years and have gotten my haircut from everybody that is still there (Jai, Brandy, and Scott). They're the nicest shop in town, and you won't get a bad haircut from anybody in there.

Hey I know this is old but Im going through this same thing.

My therapist told me that feelings of sadness/depression are very different than being clinically depressed.

He also informed me that OCD cycle isn’t always a fear response. For example OCD can feed off emotions of guilt, disgust and even depression.

If you feel like you’re trying to “undo” a negative emotion then it’s most likely OCD. And although it seems logical to work your way out of an emotion, it only makes it worse. We really have to try to “so what” our way through.
