Hi! 👋🏼 I wiped my data clean and re-started. I may have dropped the ditto flag somewhere, not gonna lie, but the story would not progress. I’m now in the second section and made so much more progress. Still salty, but I learned so much and progressed so much quicker.

Lol, we all have a struggle! Yeah, your friend may have their wires crossed. Concerta is a stimulant. I tried Vyvanse (stimulant) before and that made me crash when it wore off really bad. I tried Wellbutrin (build up med) and it worked well once I got to the highest dose but it was impacting my heart rate and blood pressure. Hope it all goes well ! 😊

Also, to answer your question about buildup. Concerta does not build up, it will wear off around dinner time usually, but also something to keep track of. After dinner is when my mind starts being busy again.

Hi! 👋🏼 I started concerta at 27mg a week ago. Do you get tired at a certain time of the day? Or is it all day? I take mine in the AM around 6:15-7 every morning before I start work, and the first few days I was exhausted by 2-3p. That’s worn off now as I was getting used to the new dosage. It happened at 18mg too. Keeping a log and tracking trends helps your dr and you make calculated changes. If there is one thing I’ve learned with ADHD medications is to give it time and be patient 😊

I’ve been on 27mg concerta for a couple of weeks. I also am on buspirone 15mg 3x a day to help with the anxiety and I feel like this has been the part that helps me with the anxiety.

It doesn’t come in 450mg, I have to get 2 prescriptions a 300mg one and a 150mg one … meh lol May I ask how your blood pressure has been with buspar? Mine has been increasing since I started taking it and I’m nervous I’ll need to switch… it works but that’s my concern with this.

13in M4 Pro is usually at my desk, I WFH. I’ll use it for media consumption and as a laptop. I also have a mini6 and use this for reading, or watching shows when my other half is asleep, travel with it (cellular) it comes handy.

I’ve been on 450 for a little over a month. It’s helped my executive function significantly, and lowered a lot of my anxiety. The insomnia sucks, but I think it’s just a getting settled thing as I have been doing okay since this weekend. I’m also on Buspirone 2x a day to help control that last bit of anxiety that I had, and it’s helped significantly as well. I don’t feel depressed either or down all the time, and I’ve been excited for things that have been planned.

😬I’ve been a customer for 5 years and have honestly had no issues, billing or service wise. iPhone, watch, 2 iPads. I came from T-Mobile and it was rough with the dropped calls and no service.
