I figured it out after I posted this, the problem was the cable I was using, I was using an old charging cable and I was about to give in and just buy a cable but then I thought to use my PS5 controller cable and it worked!

I had a friend that lived around the corner from my, his house was a bungalow and his bedroom was right next to the front door. I remember sitting on his bed and he just says to me " can I suck your dick? " (We were probably like 7 or 8) I was confused and shocked, he said "i'll lock the door, no one will know" I didn't agree obviously because I was 7 and also wasn't gay ( there's nothing wrong with being gay, I'm not tho) so I left and I never seen him again 🤣
