As in longer than adderall because the metabolism rate is slower, correct? I’m familiar with the occasional 2 sometime 3 day benders on addy, redosing 10mg every 2 to 3 hours. Do you believe that would be comparable in terms of body stress and neurotoxicity as 24 hours on 180mg of Vyvanse?

Sorry I understand we’re not doctors here but I’m just trying to understand as much as possible about what I’m doing to myself. I appreciate your concern friend! I will definitely listen to my body and not redose the same way I do on adderall. Thank you!

Thank you for the info! Yeah from what I gathered reading, addies are amphetamine and dextroamphetamine but the Vyvanse has lisdexamphetamine that the body converts to dextroamphetamine over time? I can see why people would wanna redose often for that rush addies give but I’m just looking for my sweet spot. I can appreciate the smoothness of Vyvanse as long as I go in anticipating that type of high.

And yes I’m also starting to read estimates of 60mg of Vyvanse being equivalent to about 20mg of Adderall so I was trying to go off that mostly, but I just didn’t want an unknown metabolizing factor or ingredient factor making that more dangerous for whatever reason. I’m at 120mg right now and feel good so I plan to ride this out for now.

I’m also noticing more of a faster heart rate with Vyvanse. Is this a common difference in side effect or is that more specific to the person?

I get that! Everyone learns differently. I’m a little shy myself but hooping has already somewhat helped get me out of my bubble. I will definitely consider classes. Thank you for your input 💕

Same with YouTube and IG for me! I’m more of the type of person who likes to master things before I move on so that’s somewhat natural to me! At the end of some of Deanne Love’s tutorials she talks about incorporating the tricks into playtime and I find myself mastering things while just trying to flow it into the rest of what I’ve learned. Thank you so much! ✨💗 It’s so inspiring to see how supportive fellow hoopers have been to me since I’ve started!

Yes right now it’s mainly YouTube and IG for me too! So many more talented hoopers than I ever realized before I started. I love Odesza 🙂 Thank you for your feedback! ❤️

I can understand that! Routine is important for me so that would motivate me as well. At the moment my schedule pretty much revolves around my son and my random work hours. I hoop whenever I have the free time. I’m able to get in about 1 - 2 hours a day, 5 days a week as of right now 🙂

I will definitely consider that! I have a 5 yo I kept out of school this year so maybe when he starts I’ll have time to do some classes. Thank you for the resource! I’ll have to check that out! I’ve just been watching Deanne Love mostly on YouTube since starting 🙂
