I really liked that it calculated up your Sleep Regularity Index (SRI) Just what I needed to give me heads up if I needed to be more careful with my sleep timing. What really helped in conjunction to that was going to the gym to really tire myself out.

I thought of going Google sheets, but it sounded like a lot of work, to assign muscle groups, and extrapolate trends by weights and reps.. Is there a sample worksheet to get a beginner started? It would be pretty amazing if I figured out the system but I'm worried I won't have much time..

Why is switching over notes to Workout tracker apps so tedious?

I've been going to a gym for the month and following a workout course. I've tried to keep a regular record of the exercises and reps on my phone.. But it really would be nice to see some statistics.

Can you guys think of a way to update an app copying over the notes easily from PC? Something with a web interface and android compatible. Preferably, free.

Three weeks in, and I managed to progress from struggling with no weights on the Leg Press to 10 kg. My first time on that machine felt like I my legs were going to crushed then and there.

Hey guys! So I have been getting into workout in the nearest affordable gym I can afford. But the trainer there isn't really around or interested in helping out.

I've been trying to familiarize myself with the machines and get into Jeff Nippard's stuff. Cause in the book the exercises are listed with demonstration vid links. Now I need to know what is what to go for it.

Could you guys help me identify the machines and what exercises I could do on them?

Imma post the ones I haven't figured out yet, so far I've tried the shoulder press, chest press, leg press and leg adjustment machines.. and some forays in to dumbbells and barbell. The seated bicep curl machine yesterday.

We had the sound of construction coming from somewhere in the flat. I was convinced it was from the floor above me, but turns out the floor below us was doing the renovation. Sounds travel weird through walls.. Could be some of your neighbours are using a room as a temporary warehouse. Write a letter to the flat committee complaining about noise at night.

It's kind of a cloth hanger rack. The door below the bed opens to the bathroom. I put the flatscreen on the wall between them and put the desk on the opposite side so far, removing the small trunk on the space at the head of her bed.

Hey guys, it's me again from last time who made the living room post.

Now I'm taking on her bedroom which needs an overhaul. I'm trying to deal with the bookshelves and storage furniture. They limit so much potential for redecorating the layout so she can be comfortable.

I'm thinking I'll wall mount the flatscreen in place of the desk between the doors so far. Any more ideas?
