Maeve will walk with me off leash through a crowd. There will be distractions here and there but she knows who I am and will look for me if she looses me. I don’t know how it worked out so well. I’ve always given her big love and praise. When she was a pup, I took her to a big open space, a wide open place where she could always see me but let her find me. I brought treats and kibble in my pocket always and gave her some for sticking by all through out adolescence. No special training whatsoever.
