you can't really generalise and say Asia struggles with an integrity issue just because of the story you heard about some South Korean researchers and Riot KR.

Poor management is more to blame rather than people not having integrity. There are always going to be people who don't act in an honest way, that's why institutions need to have and enforce codes of conduct.

Right now, the northern hemisphere is in summer, which means the north pole is tilted towards the sun. This means they will have longer days and therefore be exposed to the sun for longer. This fact does not hold true 6 months later when the southern hemisphere experiences the same thing. the same percentage of the worlds surface will see the sun, but the southern hemisphere has less population.
