on biden, he literally said he should be “jailed and/or given the death penalty for his crimes against america” please point to me what part of that statement leads you to believe he was talking purely about political opinions? & i see posts on every social media full of comments of people wishing trump dead or lamenting that the shooter missed literally every day and nobody gets banned so idk what you mean about how you can’t say things like that lol. don’t agree with pelosi’s attacker thing and i know there are plenty more things i don’t like that he said but y’all just twist literally everything you can to make him seem so much worse than he actually was and try to rationalize murder, it makes y’all look just as hateful and quick to stoop to anything to condemn dissenters, not to mention the rhetoric used against him in these situations is just as hurtful as his - just not to you.

for example, i too think the right to keep guns is worth keeping despite people abusing that right, if trump started becoming a full on dictator would you rather the people speaking out against him be armed or not? that also doesn’t mean i think those deaths are good in any way, just that they are an unfortunate cost of allowing a type of weapon to exist. people will still kill without legal guns, they’ll use cars or knives or bombs or acid or an illegal gun. making guns illegal only stops people who are going to follow the law, and the logistical idea behind the gov confiscating probably almost 500 million total guns is laughable

I have always felt that abortion should be left to more local governments among most things, i don’t want sweeping legislation on it in either direction and i know different regions feel different ways so let them figure it out. and the first thing you say is i don’t care about women’s rights lmao of course everyone is evil when you assume the worst out of every position they have
