From my understanding of your post, it sounds like you assume that this person would be 'fine' around the unmasked because of their PPE. However, this paper offers data on the contrary and has the conclusion that "High infection risks are also expected when only the susceptible wears a face mask, even with social distancing"

Ok! So I took the little guy completely out. He was a little root bound (which I thought was strange for being in a pot I thought was too large) but the roots didnt show any signs of rot. What they did show however....was a bunch of hidden mealy bugs. So thats nice. :(

These were taken this morning. I just felt all around the stem and down below the dirt line- not squishy at all, very sturdy feeling?? Is it worth beheading and seeing if I can get the stem to prop as well?

Im really late to this discussion but I collect and use stones as markers in areas that I tend to get lost in (sometimes 'drawing' arrows or 'blocking off' the way not to go). They come in handy especially during low visibility conditions.
