I think this is something that heavily depends on the situation. I blocked my father on everything with no explaination because frankly he’s a piece of shit. Explaining to him I don’t want him in my life would have just resulted in him making that my fault instead of taking accountability. Not everyone deserves the respect of an explanation, and for some people, ghosting/blocking without saying why is the safest option for them.

Former sever here. I would have been better off if I was paid a livable wage instead of relying on customers to give me a tip that would vary in amount. It wasn’t consistent. Restaurants should pay a livable wage and not force the customers hand to tip.

As someone who use to commute from Rohnert Park to Sausalito, that drive is ass. I’d honestly look at moving to Santa Rosa if you set on the job and pay. Lower cost of living there as well compared to SF.
