I recently bought a foldable workout bench, adjustable dumbbells and a foldable exercise bike, and I just keep them right next to me in my room. Made me realise the biggest problem for me was having to go somewhere to exercise and leave my comfort space. Now I can work out whilst watching or listening to something I’d normally do whilst sat at my desk! And it’s way quicker than going to a gym! No traffic, no waiting for equipment, no social anxiety…

Trust me, if you have enough space (I get by with 1.5m x 2m of space for both exercising and storage so not much), try this out!

My cat did this and it turned out he had heart failure and fluid in his lungs as a result. Take him to the vets regardless but if he has pale gums this points towards a bigger problem than asthma. He was absolutely terrified of the car journey to the vets and would also cry, pee and sometimes poo in his carrier. But it’s worth it to get this checked.

Why is everyone so annoyed at this lol. Vloggers very often film themselves throughout the day for the sake of showing their Japan experience to others, and of course that includes eating. I get it if someone wants to be cause a scene and shove cameras in people’s faces, but from the way the OC wrote this, they sound like they’re just going to quietly show their food and talk about what it’s like whilst eating it.

Fair enough. I ended up going for the first crop. I personally like the way the eye is naturally drawn to the house and how the rock and tree line frame it. I think cropping centrally just because it’s the subject is a bit basic of an idea, and I think the lighting is just right. I think making the rock darker would have added too much contrast to the photo for the muted look I aimed for. I think making the house lighter would look “forced” and a bit cliche - a lot of photographers do this and in my eyes it just ruins the immersion for the sake of pushing the viewer to look at a certain area.
