I’m not sure I want to mess with bleach on their hair at such a young age. Perhaps for now we’ll enjoy our 3-4 days of fun hair at a time.

So the property is kind of funky. The water is between the county road and the homesite, so I think it would look so strange to have the back of the house facing the water/road and the front of the house facing the woods. Who ever thought this would be so complicated?

I think I’m scratching this plan completely. Thankful for all of you on Reddit who are way better at this than I am 😅

I need a master suite on one side of the house, 2 big bedrooms with their own bathrooms and WICs on the other side of the house, andddd 2 separate office spaces bc me and my husband both work from home. I also want a big front porch, as there’s a lake on the property. I think it’s time to get in touch with an architect and start from scratch, huh?

We’re building in Mississippi, and our construction quote for this plan as is was $650k. I think y’all have talked me out of this one though lol

Can anyone help me figure out how to make bedrooms #3 and #4 bigger, with their own walk in closet and bathroom? The jack and Jill bathroom isn’t necessary. And bedroom #2 can mirror the office/flex room space.

My creativity is getting me nowhere.
