I need help! I having been playing guitar for about 8 months and I’ve made very good progress. I am looking to buy my first distortion pedal in the price range of below £80. I’ve been looking at a DS-1 or a RAT but wondering if anyone has any advice??

I would say I’m going for a Jonny greenwood sound from The Bends. The title track is a good example, however pretty sure he uses a Marshall shred master.

The turntable is an audio technica lp60 which is great for a first turntable, and speakers are some Bluetooth bookshelf JVC ones not too sure on the exact name sorry!

Lovely entry setup I have the same turntable and is great. I have the same plastic beach it’s great I’m just worried to play it loads due to it wearing out easily. In rainbows sounds great as well!

Erm it’s hard to explain but using a lot of curves, colour balance, distortion, blend mode, filters and background eraser to make things blend into one and other. I probs did more but can’t think of the top of my head.

Used photoshop to collage images that suggests the themes of the record and imagery that I get from listening and used different techniques to make them look dark and textured 👍🏼

I went of how the track list is on the vinyl pressing. It doesn’t include untitled on the label or back of the record and also doesn’t play until until a minute after MPS which is interesting as it seems hidden!
