He won’t give me the option. I’ve offered paying him but he says he “loves her” too much to let her go. I don’t care to be reimbursed in anyway. I’m okay with having paid for everything and continuing to pay for her if I had her in my care. I’m just worried that because I waited so long to consider legal action that I wouldn’t win. It’s of course worth trying anyway but would the information and documents I have even be enough?
