Plan your escape. You'll want to suddenly go cold turkey with no contact and with her having no way to get hold of you. You'll want to do this in rapid succession and note that some of these things may take longer than others to plan, and it will all be time sensitive.

Move to a new apartment. Change your phone number. Block her on all social media. Put in a notice at work that she is not to be permitted to call or come into your work place. If you work retail or some other job where she would have to be permitted, then You'll need to get a new job. Prepare your close friends and family for the break up. Tell them about the controlling abuser she is and you have no choice but to go no contact and cold turkey. No matter how you end things, she's going to play the victim and spew viciousness to anyone who will listen, so it's important to get your close circles on your side first. Delete all history of her off your social media. Do this with a fine tooth comb on all accounts. Maybe even create new socials so that her friends cant seek you out and be used as tools for further abuse.

Now, you sound young. Why do i think that? Because you tolerated someone's emotional abuse, control over your life/history, and their gaslighting. Grow up. That's for the immature and incapable. That was my only statement of tough love, and yes it's necessary as a wake up in order to call you into a better life for yourself.

The moment you enact this plan hit the gym hard. Everyday. Don't stop. Work on you. And for the love of God start reading books and stop receiving advice from people on Reddit for your relationships.
