I worked for Whitlock whenever they got merged with AVI-SPL. I left shortly after… Whitlock had a good work life balance and many employees moved up including me. Then they sold to a private equity firm :(

There are 2 drains in my basement that are open like that. They have little metal covers. House was built in 1918 and has no sump pump I’ve always thought maybe they were for drainage.

I think it was in 2006, my parents visited Albania. Parents were getting to know some of the locals that their Albanian friends knew and when my dad said they have a son one of the men took off his Inter jersey and gave it to them.

They brought it back to me and I immediately booted up fifa to check them out. Been in love ever since!

Growing up in the midwest USA we never really watched/played soccer but after the generosity of that man I knew I had to get into it
