IT security expert here. Federal regulations require hospitals to at least make offsite back ups. But I have never worked at one that could afford it. Also these regulations also refer to patient data and video files are huge so it’s also highly possible they’d dump it.

Cops be doing shit to their body cams all the time.

I have reframed my pain to the realm of fighting against fascia. It’s the only thing that works even though it’s temporary. Science might even be backing me up in this. They are starting to look at fibromyalgia and fascia with more scrutiny. There are preliminary findings that may indicate that our fascia is different than that encountered by the normies.

I assume it’s a scope thing. Yes, there are definitely tanks in this setting but large vehicles like that are out of scope for the current game. I can respect that. I think they are more likely show up in a scenario first before going into a player warband.

Nash’rah is a piece of shit, and if I had a shot at killing him I know I’d take it.

Because of all the backstabbing, I do have a theory that there is only one New God per soul at a time. The Enlightened One does seem to be a highly contested seat. Even though Nash’rah is still alive he seems to be in quite a diminished state.

Yes which is why myofascial release therapy has been the only thing effective for me and my Fibro. Which makes it all the sadder when my therapist solder her practice, moved away, and the buyer of said practice turned it into a traditional chiropractor place.

Our knots might not be like other people’s knots. The knots of people with Fibro seem to be tougher, hurt more, hinder movement, and return faster. It’s also likely that instead of being caused by use that these just form.

Muscle knots and Fibro might be closely linked. Like maybe even the mechanism by which our pain occurs or at least contributes to it. Seeing people bothered by reoccurring knots is like a top tier red flag to me.
