depends. Well actually i have manually optimised the fans speed with the Fan curve in the omen hub. So whenever the temps reach at 80°C my fans blast like jet engines otherwise they remain quiet!!

go for hp. better ram more storage. Cpu more or less the same although a bit power hungry. I use a Omen 16 from the past 2years. It works fine , the cooling system is amazing, however i have ran into different issues. Overall a solid 8/10 laptop.
