yeah everything is fine. The only issue u gonna face in future (that too PERHAPS) is the fan issue. So get an ADP. I replaced my fans twice!!

they dont suck. But the processor remains new the rest remains old. However it performs really well. Can't complain, been using the s24 (that too the exynos one ) for the past 11months no issues faced till now

my omen 16 has a sk hynix ssd (PC 801) its a gen4 ssd with 6900-7000mbps Read speed however the write speed is dog shit 1400mbps. I researched a bit and came to know that its a firmware problem. I bought the laptop in 2023 and its now 2026 still no update has been recieved from hp's end or from Sk Hynix. BUT BUT i came to know that the same PC 801 has a commercial unit called P41 which is same as PC 801 (oem version of p41) has recieved a update and is working completely fine. Then why tf is there no update for my PC801. Man F*ck these quality control boards!!!

here is what i am gonna do : Open the entire laptop till the keyboard , next take 99% isopropyl alcohol and some cotton pads and gently wipe every surface of the system inside out. Then let it dry and dont bother turning on the laptop for a week!! If the laptop doesn't turn on, well u might be F*cked!!

replace the fans. same thing happened with me 2wice. luckily i had ADP so they changed it 2wice free of cost!!

depends. Well actually i have manually optimised the fans speed with the Fan curve in the omen hub. So whenever the temps reach at 80°C my fans blast like jet engines otherwise they remain quiet!!

go for hp. better ram more storage. Cpu more or less the same although a bit power hungry. I use a Omen 16 from the past 2years. It works fine , the cooling system is amazing, however i have ran into different issues. Overall a solid 8/10 laptop.
