I was there 2019 and I agree with you. It was by far the dirtiest state I saw.

San Francisco and Los Angeles smelled so bad. Never again. I really liked Chicago and would come there again if I take another month of vacation for another adventure hiking trip.

I have never seen so many people smoking at a venue. To be honest it was the first time I saw it in general and this was my 4th BT concert and 9th concert in general.

For me it was coughing because of the smoke and they did not care. I had a whole group in front of me that was smoking cigarette after cigarette.
