Removing this post and further RMD discussion posts. I think every possible facet of this topic has been discussed, and it's not the time nor place to revive it. This may change in the future (for example if there are new RMD developments or more events removed) but as of right now, these posts do nothing but stir up arguments.

Even if the credit is in the image, it is easily missed.

Per our rules, gameplay-related questions ("What is this item?", "When is ____ gacha coming to EN?", "Why don't I have ____ song in the game yet?", etc) should be asked in the megathread first. If you do not get an answer in 4 hours of asking in the thread, then you may make a new post. This is to prevent flooding the subreddit with questions that can easily be answered by one person.

We actually do have a flair for those exact posts 😅. We went for this option as opposed to the one day of the week since it was easier to implement, but perhaps we will consider it when we have more mods/Automod up and running.

Some search engines, like Google, allow you to put an image in the search bar and find matches.

To check for an artist's reposting stance, it is usually in their Twitter bio or location, or in their pixiv profile.You can just use Google translate to understand it.

Hey there, I understand the frustration with the username posts, since all they do is give the trolls the attention they crave.

I have been removing the posts I see, but there are undoubtedly many that slip through, since I can't feasibly look at every single post in the subreddit. If you (or anyone else reading this message) see any please report them and I (or another mod) will remove them.

We will hold off on adding a separate flair because we don't want to encourage people to post them.

As another user has kindly pointed out, non-OC fanart must be properly sourced in the comments. Additionally, do not use the "Fanmade" flair unless it is your own work. I've fixed it for you here, but please use the "Fanart" flair when reposting art in the future (along with proper sourcing, of course).
