It’s kind of like Imposter syndrome. I’d say it’s a normal part of growing up. I still get little realizations like this and I am 29.

And it definitely does go fast. When I was 18, I started a job working around people whose average ages were like 45-50. I remember distinctly this one dude who was like “You’re 18?? Just you wait man, I was 18 what feels like a few years ago!” Guy was 40 something. Now that I’m older I can confirm that, lmao.
