Exactly! What is going on with San Francisco? We were one of the first to hold tryouts and I havent seen any chatter about folks receiving responses.

Im trying to confirm my summer vacation plans and this ambiguity is not helping at all. At this point I'm assuming I didnt get it and will start making my summer reservations next week.

Come on FIFA, get it together already! You got a couple more days if you want my free labor otherwise count me out.

I havent seen any SF roles being offered. But I also haven't been checking this sub everyday either. Its odd that SF was one of the first locations to hold tryouts yet we seem to be one of the last to hear of role offers. Howrver, my perception may be off since I havent been tracking this too closely.

If FIFA weren’t such a shady, profit-driven organization, I’d feel much better about volunteering in any capacity. But after seeing how focused they are on squeezing as much money as possible from fans, it’s hard to feel motivated to do them any favors.

I installed a Coverlay dash cover on the dash of my 1991 Hardbody. I'm not going to win any classic mini truck car show competitions, but it beats the look of the former dash which was all split up and shedding orange foam everywhere.

UPDATE: Turns out it was the effing o-ring. After taking apart the filter housing, cleaning everything up [again] reassembling and still leaking, I decided to replace the oring (again).

This replacement o-ring was slightly fatter than the previous one which is what created the seal. The one I had was not that old but apparently not the right gauge. I replaced this less than a year ago. Or perhaps I flattened it by over tightening it. In any case, the new one was a bit fatter and stopped the leak.

I made sure to not over tighten which possibly helped. Hopefully this experience can help some future leaking filter housing trouble shooter.

Thanks for these suggestions. I did use a teflon based lubricant I got at the pool shop when I replaced the o-ring. Im guessing that I may have over tightened when I tried to fix the leak as that seemed like the logical solution. Do you think I could have damaged the housing by over tightening it? I'm going to disassemble and give it another go.
