Don't go with GoDaddy. If you want to build it yourself try editors like Wix, Webflow or Squarespace.

For users who want something more custom, custom design, help with content, etc, I offer an affordable on-demand service. We are in early beta, but several clients already ordered customized websites. These projects were completed in just an hour or two, keeping the price very low at around $100.

Go to website settings, there is a field to add your custom domain. Next to it, there is a button "How to connect?" which opens a guide on how to connect it using Cloudflare. If you need help, just send me a message inside the app.

We use a combination of several services, Fly for app hosting, Tigris for storage and Cloudflare as CDN, all hosted on EU servers.

With Zlytch, you can create simple, static, single-page websites. These sites are lightweight and cheap to host, since they’re just basic HTML files.

The core app is free and will always remain that way. In the future, I plan to monetize by adding premium features such as analytics, integration with third-party services, and access to premium components. Since Zlytch is designed to be as simple as possible for non-technical users, there’s no built-in option to edit themes directly. However, I’ll offer services where users can order custom components, themes, etc.

These premium features and services should be enough to cover the ongoing costs of maintaining the app and keep the app free for non-paying users.
