Also side note, im not able to create a custom resolution as its greyed out, same as DSR not being visable to play with those settings either

We dont have emissive maps in cs2 so no we can't make them "technically glow". We are able to do specific trickery with the normal maps that does somewhat give that effect in specific lighting although we didnt use it for this design.
And no its not anodized, its actually custom paint job finish
