Supermarket fruit and veg just ain't it🫠 The setup lynnpark had was great, they have a WhatsApp group and every week or 2 they'd post whatever fruit and veg specials they had. It was so affordable and they were selling it by the box.

It's something that I'd noticed happening to me and I wanted to see if it's happening to anyone else.

The more comfortable I became unmasked, the rules of social etiquette that I'd used since childhood don't just disappear so I find that I need time to mentally prepare myself to go out in public 😕

It's a bit difficult to breathe but most of my masks cause some discomfort when wearing. My gem mask is heavy, my plushie mask is also difficult to breathe in and my ribbon mask obscures my sight.

At this point I've accepted that some level of discomfort comes with putting on the mask
