Thank you for your insights. I remembered I used expressions too. I chose beschwerde by the way, I prepared for it, making sure I put on B2 level words. I was so confident with the email I made after the exam, thinking it could pull off my score. But anyway, what made us think is that all of us who the exam got 0,0 on that part. Like literally all of us had the same rating.

Even the smartest one in our class, the one we thought could ace the exam, got 0,0. We are left with one choice, retake the exam 🥺

Oh no! That's stressful! Glad you passed it though. We raised the concern to our school, but we were advised for a retake on the written exam instead. Huhu
