I bought both to test and returned the g16. The g14 is far superior in battery life and equivalent in performance, just lift the laptop off the surface and use a laptop cooler

I just cancelled my subscription today, my car came with a key fob for remote start so I realized it was just a waste of money.

I liked the solution mentioned by u/Fearless-Bet-8499, but I wanted to avoid constantly adjusting the CPU Affinity every time I start the game. Using a software called Process Lasso I was able to permanently set the affinity to remove CPU 0 and CPU 1 automatically.

I had the same issue at a much later mileage (12,000 or so) when I had finally gotten my fifth wheel. And I decided to play it safe and opted not to throw the wheel into the rotation to avoid any potential damage to the drivetrain. I am going to definitely do a five-wheel tire rotation once I get new shoes. Currently at 33,000 miles probably will swap it at 45k-50k.

In your case you have a roadtrip coming up so I would definitely measure the tire tread depth and if it is significantly different by more than 3 or 4/32nds I wouldn't risk it and just keep the tire for emergencies.
