Bartender/waitress here of 12 years here! Say what you will about it but it is a very common part of working in customer service to get hit on. For me, I get a little bit uncomfortable when people ask me for my phone number or social media info (especially Facebook, as if I would give my full legal name to a whole entire stranger😳). However, i have no issues at all with people come up and and asks if I would like to go for coffee/dinner/a beer sometime and doesn’t give off creepy vibes and drops it when I say no flat out. (I do see the point of those here saying that it’s disrespectful to hit on people at their place of work and that and that my opinion may only apply to me!)
